
Steven is a passionate and energetic educator with over 15 years of experience across nearly every facet of the classroom and clinical setting. As the Clinical Director at InclusiveEDU, Steven oversees the synthesis of complex learning profiles, bridging the gap between formal psychoeducational evaluations and actionable, everyday learning goals. His diverse background includes roles as a K–12 classroom teacher, reading specialist, special education teacher, and ELD coach.
He has a deep expertise in research-based interventions, with extensive training in the Orton-Gillingham Methodology, Lindamood-Bell programs (Seeing Stars, Visualizing & Verbalizing, On Cloud Nine), and various multisensory math and writing frameworks.
Steven’s approach is deeply collaborative; he views himself as a case manager who harmonizes the efforts of families, teachers, and allied professionals to ensure a student’s support system is seamless. He believes in creating a supportive environment where students feel seen and understood, allowing them to tackle academic challenges with renewed energy.
In addition to his work with K–12 students, Steven provides specialized support for college-level learners and students navigating AP coursework and test preparation. He is dedicated to helping students of all ages decode their own learning processes to achieve long-term independence.
